CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Caregiver/Med Tech at Boulder Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care in Rockford, MI. The role provides comfort, safety, and supervision to residents, including medication administration and ADL support, while honoring residents’ preferences.

Responsibilities include documenting med deliveries, updating eMAR, and assisting with daily activities. CPR/First Aid certification and strong communication are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.

Mansioni

• Administer medications per physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Review incoming medication orders for accuracy and update eMAR accordingly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per service plans.
• Answer call lights, door, and safety alarms promptly.
• Observe and report changes to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
