Stonegate Village Assisted Living & Memory Care in Michigan seeks a dedicated caregiver to provide comfort, safety, and supervision to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, administer medications per physician orders, and document care in the eMAR system.

Training new staff and promoting resident well-being are key parts of the role. Strong communication, organizational skills, and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within thirty (30) days of hire.
• Must have demonstrable knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office in a Windows environment, with a capacity to master company specific software.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with minimal supervision.
• Developed organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and demonstrate good judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Review incoming medication orders for accuracy and update eMAR accordingly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in service plans.
• Answer call lights, door and safety alarms promptly.
• Observe and report resident changes to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
• Order/re-order medications to maintain adequate supply.
• Complete daily charting and documentation as required.
• Obtain resident weights and vitals.
• Lead or participate in staff training as requested.
• Clean and disinfect resident rooms and spaces as scheduled.
• Assist with meal set up and cleanup.
