Job summary

Riley's Grove Assisted Living in Zeeland, MI is seeking a Caregiver / Med Tech to provide comfort, safety and supervision to residents, assist with activities of daily living, and administer medications according to physician orders. You will review MARs, support residents with daily tasks, respond to call lights, and monitor wellbeing.

High school diploma required; CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days. Requires MS Office knowledge and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within thirty (30) days of hire.
• Experience with medication administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Review incoming medication orders for accuracy and update eMAR accordingly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in service plans.
• Respond to resident call lights and safety alarms promptly.
• Observe and report changes to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
