The role requires CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days), and a compassionate, team-oriented approach. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must complete Medication Aide Course.
• Current CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Respond to resident needs and emergency alerts.
• Document resident status in Daily Log and EMAR/MAR.
