Qualifications

• RN licensure as required by state nursing board.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred for med-surg.
• Hands-on nursing skills including IV insertion, wound care and ostomy care.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessment and develop plan of care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary team.
• Document nursing care accurately and timely.
• Ensure patient safety and effective triage of requests.
