Qualifications

• RN license required (IL) and active registration.
• BLS within 30 days of hire; ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• College Diploma in Nursing; nursing education completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessment and develop care plans.

• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Ensure safety, communication, and timely triage with the team.
• Support patient and family education and discharge planning.
