Responsibilities

• Performs all unit duties per scope of service and maintains accurate documentation.
• Develops and adjusts care plans based on patient needs.
• Ensures safe care by addressing safety hazards and incidents.
• Communicates with team to resolve issues and provide feedback.
• Delivers medications using the 5 Rights: patient, medication, route, dose, time.
