Qualifications

• RN licensure required (Illinois)
• BLS within 30 days of hire
• ACLS within 1 year of hire
• College diploma in Nursing

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessment and develop care plan per unit standards.
• Document nursing care to support care coordination and patient safety.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs using 5 rights and clinical judgement.
