Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and BLS within 30 days
• High school diploma or GED; Associate's Degree
• Experience in medical-surgical or acute care nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
• Completes initial assessment upon patient admission and develops plan of care.
• Implements plan of care and nursing interventions.
• Communicates with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
