Qualifications

• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• RN license required by state regulatory board.
• HS Diploma or GED and an Associate's Degree are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit-specific nursing duties and document care.
• Complete admission assessment and develop care plan.
• Implement and adjust care plans and nursing interventions.
• Communicate with the care team to resolve issues.
• Delegate tasks and verify completion.
• Maintain patient safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
