Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 1 month of hire (30 days).
• Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct nursing care according to hospital policies and procedures.
• Implements and monitors patient care plans; records and communicates patient condition.
• Acts as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
