Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Record and communicate patient condition; implement and monitor care plans.
• Assess discharge needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
