Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with our healthcare team in delivering comprehensive, compassionate patient care. Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; endorsement accepted.
• RN License in state of employment.
• Physical requirements: Medium work; lift up to 50 lbs; occasional and frequent lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; evaluate and intervene for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient plans of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic tasks: IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate charts and use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
