Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience upon hire.
• Registered Nurse license in TX upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 14 days.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing condition monitoring.
• Plan, direct, evaluate, and document patient care plans.
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain care to families.
• Reassess patients after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Provide bedside shift reports and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain environment and patient safety; report hazards.
