Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing confirmed (ADN/ASN).
• RN license in Texas required on hire.
• CPR certification required within 14 days.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months.
• One year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient condition.
• Planning: design, direct, and document the care plan and transitions.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and procedures; ensure safety.
• Evaluation: reassess and modify care as needed; report changes.
• Report Skills: provide thorough bedside report to oncoming shift; ensure continuity.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe, clean, and compliant care environment.
