Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Texas (TX)
• At least 1 year RN experience
• CPR certification, ACLS and PALS per hospital requirements
• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and implement care plans

Responsibilities

• Assessment of patient condition and ongoing evaluation
• Planning and documenting the plan of care and discharge needs
• Implementation of treatments, procedures and safety protocols
• Evaluation of patient outcomes and necessary care adjustments
• Bedside reporting and communication with oncoming shifts
