Atrium Health Cleveland is seeking a registered nurse for a 36‑hour/week day shift in the 4W Med/Surg unit. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and participate in safety and quality initiatives to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes.

The role requires an RN license in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in NC.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilités

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to protocols.
