Job summary

Atrium Health Cleveland is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 32-bed medical-surgical unit. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a stroke-accredited, age-friendly environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across hospitalists, neurology, nephrology, and other specialties.

Telehealth support via our Virtual Nursing Program enhances patient care. Requirements include graduation from an approved nursing program, an active RN license, BLS, and typically 1 year of

Qualifications

Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
Active RN license (multi-state compact or single-state) with privileges where you practice.
BLS certification required; other certifications may be required by specialty.

Responsibilities

Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patients and families.
Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per protocol.
