Aufgaben

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Records and reports patient data including vital signs to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Supports with meals, bathing, oral care, grooming, linen changes, and mobility.
• Assists with patient positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Collects urine/stool samples and performs finger-stick glucose monitoring.
• Maintains infection control, PPE use, and adheres to safety protocols.
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with policies.
