• Record patient data such as vitals, intake/output, and report to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support patients with meals, bathing, grooming, and daily activities while ensuring comfort and privacy.
• Assist with patient positioning, mobility, and use of walkers or wheelchairs as directed.
• Collect specimens and monitor glucose per protocol, documenting results for the care team.
