• Supports patients with meals, personal care, and mobility
• Assists with positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids
• Communicates patient information effectively to care team and adheres to PPE and safety protocols
• Maintains infection control standards and participates in quality/safety initiatives
• Provides continuous observation when required and completes other duties as assigned
