• Deliver a warm, professional patient experience from initial contact through follow-up.
• Coordinate daily clinic operations and optimize scheduling and patient flow.
• Provide real-time staff support to uphold clinic standards and procedures.
• Manage front desk tasks: check-in/out, scheduling, payments, and rewards guidance.
• Monitor patient flow between front and back office and address issues to maintain efficiency.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new PCC staff and maintain brand-aligned reception areas.
• Collaborate with providers on service education and accurate treatment communication.
• Update daily huddle boards, prepare monthly reports, and share promotions.
• Inventory management: conduct audits and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Achieve patient retention goals and monitor performance metrics.
