Job summary

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners is seeking a MedSpa Manager in Greer, SC to lead daily clinic operations and deliver elevated patient experiences. Schedule is 32-40 hours per week with open availability and clinic hours that may vary by business needs.

The role partners with the Practice Manager to mentor frontline staff, coordinate front/back office processes, and drive operational excellence across locations. Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service.
• Experience managing people and/or high-level operations.
• Familiarity with financial oversight including budgets, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Strong computer and technical literacy.
• Superior customer service and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: experience in medical aesthetics; experience with Zenoti or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations with Practice Manager to optimize scheduling and patient flow.
• Lead front desk and patient experience to ensure warm, professional service.
• Monitor and reconcile front desk financials and daily cash handling.
• Onboard and train new PCC staff; coach and develop team performance.
• Collaborate with providers on education, treatment communication, and operational needs.
• Maintain brand-aligned reception areas and inventory oversight.
• Update huddle boards, prepare monthly reports, and communicate promotions.
• Coordinate vendor training and product education with Leadership.
