Job summary

Greenwich Medical Spa in Connecticut seeks a MedSpa Manager to run daily operations of our aesthetic practice, ensuring policies and plans align with Five-Star Service Standards. You will open and close the medspa, supervise reception, and partner with HR on the employee lifecycle.

The role requires leadership, scheduling, compliance with licensure and training, and coordinating services. You will also act as the community marketing ambassador while maintaining inventory and financial

Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal and written/oral communication required.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff as needed.
• Experience with HIPAA and medical office compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in dermatology/aesthetics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day med spa operations.
• Open and close the medspa.
• Maintain reception area and retail displays.
• Manage staff scheduling and performance reviews.
• Coordinate contracted services and ensure compliance with licensure/training.
• Serve as marketing representative in the community.
