Job summary

Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) is seeking a hands-on MedSpa Manager to oversee daily operations of our cosmetic practice, ensuring policy adherence and Five-Star service standards. You will open/close the medspa, manage front desk and retail, coordinate HR matters, coach staff, monitor scheduling, ensure licensing and training compliance, and supervise inventory and finances.

You’ll represent GMS in the community and help drive patient satisfaction through excellent service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• College degree with sales/marketing emphasis preferred.
• 1–2 years dermatologic/aesthetics experience.
• 1–2 years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close medspa; manage reception area and retail displays.
• Coach, mentor, and train staff; manage staff scheduling.
• Ensure staff licensures and training compliance; HIPAA forms filed.
• Maintain inventory of medical, spa and office supplies; reconcile bank statements.
• Coordinate contracted services (housekeeping, linens, pest control, equipment).
• Represent the medspa as a marketing liaison in the community.
