Job summary

United Aesthetics Alliance in Grand Rapids is seeking a Med Spa Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure patient care quality, and lead a team of providers and staff.

You will monitor metrics, manage OSHA/HIPAA compliance, credential practitioners, coordinate schedules for 15+ providers, and partner with Marketing to grow services while delivering a concierge, patient-centric experience.

Qualifications

• A college degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years in plastic surgery or dermatology.
• In-person, organized, self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day med spa operations to ensure smooth workflows, operational efficiency, and consistent patient care.
• Monitor metrics such as patient volume, revenue, utilization, and patient satisfaction.
• Contribute to service expansion, patient retention strategies, and community outreach to grow the local business.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/HIPAA regulations and inter-brand standards.
• Credential practice physicians and providers to patients.
• Coordinate scheduling for over 15 providers and staff.
• Deliver a patient-centric, concierge-level experience across in-person, email, and phone interactions.
