Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create an elevated, personalized experience.
• Manage check-in, checkout, payments, rewards, and future appointments.
• Answer calls, texts, emails, direct messages, and client inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments.
• Support client registration, consents, treatment photos, and clinic flow.
• Learn Evolve’s services, products, promotions, and memberships.
• Recommend services and products based on client interests.
• Support sales, rebooking, retention, referrals, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client information and confidentiality.
• Assist with inventory, office supplies, events, and daily operations.
• Keep the clinic polished, organized, and client-ready.
