Job summary

Greenwich Medical Spa in Closter, NJ seeks a part-time Front Desk professional to greet patients, manage scheduling, and support clinical staff.

You will escort patients, obtain consents, prepare rooms, and help with product education and sales while maintaining a welcoming front-of-house.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or reception experience in a medical spa or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
• Ability to schedule appointments, handle checkout, and educate patients on services.
• Cross-functional to assist clinical staff as needed.
• Basic computer skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer inquiries, and educate on skin care products.
• Schedule appointments and handle checkout processes.
• Maintain clean public areas and treatment rooms.
• Assist clinicians and support treatment setup.
• Verify patient information, medical history, and consents.
• Prepare treatment rooms and take pre/post photos.
• Inventory supplies and place orders to keep stock.
• Promote services and product sales when appropriate.
• Prior experience with Zenoti is a plus.
