The Woodhouse Spa in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for guests. You will deliver exceptional service, help with bookings, answer inquiries, and promote spa services in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate has hospitality and sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or luxury retail is required.
• Sales experience in a high-end or luxury environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive, inviting experience.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries about services and scheduling.
• Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments, handling bookings and cancellations.
• Promote and upsell spa services, treatments, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate guest records and transactions, balance cash register at shift end.
• Ensure front desk and lobby are clean, organized, and stocked with materials.
• Assist guests with special requests to create a luxurious experience.
• Collaborate with spa therapists and managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
