Job summary

TZ Consulting in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a front-desk leader for a Wellness & Aesthetics Med Spa. You will manage the patient experience from first contact to checkout, driving membership enrollment and retention with proactive outreach.

This on-site role requires scheduling savvy, consultative selling, and the ability to coach a small team. Bilingual Spanish preferred; evenings and Saturdays included. Base pay is $20/hr + commission with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing front desk experience in wellness/med spa or related setting.
• Strong closing skills with ability to ask for commitment professionally.
• Experience with memberships, packages, or retention initiatives.
• Comfort with scheduling software and administrative tools; Zenoti a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead-to-visit conversion: respond to inquiries, book visits, and drive schedule flow.
• Enrollment: explain services/promotions and close on memberships.
• Retention: outreach to reduce churn and reactivate accounts.
• Rebooking: assist sales by rebooking and meeting retention targets.
• Maintain patient flow: check-ins/outs, accurate records, calm service recovery.
