Responsibilities

Evolve Med Spa is seeking a polished, energetic, and highly driven Full-Time Med Spa Front Desk Concierge to join our Red Bank Team

Our Front Desk Concierge creates the first and last impression of every client’s experience. From the initial phone call and warm welcome through checkout and follow-up, you will help ensure that each client feels recognized, valued, and excited to return.

We are looking for someone warm, outgoing, highly organized, dependable, sales-minded, and genuinely passionate about the beauty and medical aesthetics industry.

A Day in the Life of a Concierge:

• Welcome clients and create an elevated, personalized experience

Qualities That Will Help You Succeed:

• Medical spa, beauty, luxury spa, salon, cosmetic office, wellness, or high-end retail experience strongly preferred
• Polished, friendly, professional, and confident presence
• Strong sales, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
• Genuine enthusiasm for beauty, skincare, wellness, and aesthetics
• Evening and Saturday availability required

Schedule Commitment:

This is a full-time position. Candidates must have the flexibility to work during all clinic operating hours, including evenings and Saturdays. Schedules and shifts may vary based on clinic needs.
