Job summary

Senior Housing Managers is seeking a Universal Caregiver / Medication Aide in Grants Pass, OR to provide direct resident care in our Assisted Living and Residential Care communities. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health changes, and document observations for the care team.

Pay is $18.50–$20.00 hourly, full-time, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) and PTO. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of experience with seniors, CPR/First Aid and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 months related experience with seniors.
• Valid CPR, First Aid and Food Handler cards (can be obtained during hiring).
• Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living with compassion.
• Medication setup and administration after training.
• Update resident records and report health changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow hygiene protocols.
• Contribute to dining, activities, and general resident support.
