Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required; MS preferred in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics.
• 3+ years setting up complex test systems (manual and automated).
• Knowledge of electrical drive technology and mechatronic testing.
• Experience with test and measurement technology for automated systems.
• Willingness to spend several weeks in Germany during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies, plans, and schedules with the test team.
• Qualify electric actuators with HQ in Germany.
• Provide testing support from prototype development to production.
• Create and execute test plans meeting standards for qualification and release.
• Plan tests at internal facilities or external labs, incl. test benches.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain test facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using agile methodologies.
