Job summary

Festo Corporation is seeking a Mechatronic Applications Engineer (MAE) to drive pre-sales activities in North America. You will apply mechatronics expertise across servo drives, PLCs, HMIs, motion controllers, I/O devices, and robots while collaborating with sales, partners, and customers to design and size solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-10+ years minimum experience in project managing, controls engineering, sales, and technical support in industrial automation.
• MBA preferred is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support to sales, distribution partners, and customers regarding specific applications and production processes.
• Develop technical content for marketing, including tutorials.
• Lead pre-sales technical discussions with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Technical Support to resolve post-sales issues.
