Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice (MRA) to learn electronic, mechanical, computer, and automation engineering on high-performance manufacturing systems. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and repair to maintain process efficiency and ensure safety regulations are followed during preventive maintenance.

You will work with journey workers at multiple facilities, mentored by senior technicians, and develop skills through hands-on practice and guided instruction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years PC software experience including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance of conveyance equipment using the appropriate job plans, procedures, and manuals.
• Troubleshoot robotics and robotic work cells and related electrical/mechanical issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, and related components.
• Move up to 49 lbs and work shifts up to 12 hours, with climbing as required.
