Job summary

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Mechatronics & Robotics Technician) to support the Operations Maintenance team across the facility. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, install and service automated packaging and distribution equipment, and mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience with MHE, robotics or electromechanical systems, and CMMS familiarity, with ability to work flexible shifts and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment
• 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
• Experience with automated conveyor systems and controls
• Familiarity with CMMS
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Maintain a positive working relationship across all the Operations facility
• Track and store department inventory
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift
• Possible travel up to 20% at minimum
