Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the building. You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, while also mentoring junior technicians to help them grow.

The role emphasizes safe practices, preventative maintenance, and strong cross-functional collaboration within the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in repair of material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain a positive working relationship across all the Operations facility.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours, with or without accommodation.
• Possible travel up to 20%.
