Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team across multiple sites. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, install and service automated packaging and distribution equipment, and mentor junior technicians.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in MHE repair and predictive maintenance, and the ability to work flexible shifts; travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience repairing material handling equipment (MHE).
• 2+ years of experience with predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all MHE (belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, etc.).
• Maintain a positive working relationship across all the Operations facility.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Move up to 49lbs and work shifts up to 12 hours, with possible 20% travel.
