Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across multiple facilities. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, while mentoring junior technicians to grow in their roles.

The role requires a high school diploma, flexibility with shifts including weekends/nights/holidays, and 2+ years of repair and maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in repair of material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain a positive working relationship across all the Operations facility.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift; may involve up to 20% travel.
