Job summary

JLL seeks a Maintenance Technician specializing in Mechatronics & Robotics to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across our buildings. You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, and mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.

With 2+ years in MHE maintenance and a high school diploma, you will apply safety processes, perform preventive routines, and troubleshoot

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or higher degree in Mechanical or Electrical field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in repair of material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of experience with predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Experience with automated conveyor systems and controls is a plus.
• Experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain a positive working relationship across all Operations facility.
• Track and store department inventory.
