Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across our buildings. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment while mentoring junior technicians to grow in their roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts including weekends/nights/holidays.
• 2+ years of experience repairing material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of experience in predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain a positive working relationship across the Operations facility.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
• Possible travel up to 20%.
