Amazon is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice (MRA) to learn electronic, mechanical, computer, and automation skills on high-performance systems. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Vocational/technical training or associate degree or 1+ years of Amazon RME experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing operational items.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance of conveyance equipment using job plans, procedures, and manuals.
• Conduct maintenance and basic troubleshooting of robotics and robotic work cells.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to material handling equipment components.
• Maintain and troubleshoot motors, photo eyes, relays, proximity sensors, solenoids, motor starters, tachs, etc.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours; climb ladders/gangways safely; perform bending, lifting, and reaching as needed.
