Job summary

Mitutoyo America Corporation is seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to lead our Product Management team and drive growth across our product portfolio. This leadership role combines product management expertise, business acumen, market insight, and people leadership.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and global teams to bring new products and solutions to market, strengthen competitive positioning, and translate strategy into actionable results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields.
• Experience leading product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Product Management team.
• Develop and execute business plans, product strategies, growth initiatives, and market development programs.
• Lead cross-functional launches of new products, software, and solutions.
• Drive market research, competitive intelligence, market-share analysis, and pricing recommendations.
• Partner with Sales leadership on pricing, promotions, product positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop product messaging, launch materials, digital content, and product stories.
• Oversee product training and sales-enablement resources for Sales, Technical Support, and other internal teams.
• Monitor product launches, promotions, and campaign performance and recommend actions based on results.
• Support inventory planning and demonstration product requirements in partnership with Sales and Purchasing & Planning.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing resources, and competitive intelligence.
• Utilize approved AI, automation, and analytical tools to improve market research, competitive analysis, content development, and Product Management productivity.
