Mitutoyo America Corporation is seeking a Product Manager - CMM & IoT to drive growth and profitability of our CMM hardware, software, connectivity, and data solutions portfolio in Aurora, IL. The role shapes pricing, launches, training, and go-to-market strategies to increase revenue and customer adoption.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Mitutoyo Japan as a key commercial and technical resource, translating customer requirements into measurement and data-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, preferably in Engineering or related technical field.
• Five years of project management experience.
• Product Management certification preferred.
• Strong technical, analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical product capabilities into customer and business value.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual and long-term business plans for the CMM and IoT portfolio.
• Serve as SME for CMM systems, software, connectivity, and data solutions.
• Own pricing, CPQ, and bundled solution packages with market insights.
• Plan and manage new product and feature introductions with global teams.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, and adoption; propose corrective actions with Sales.
• Collaborate with Marketing on digital, promotional, and catalog content.
• Coordinate trade shows, demonstrations, and showroom activities.
• Deliver product and sales-enablement training for internal teams.
• Translate customer requirements into product requirements and solutions.
• Identify AI use cases to enhance sales materials and pilot programs.
