Job summary

MISUMI Americas seeks a Product Manager to own a defined product area, gather customer insights, write requirements, and partner with Engineering and Design to deliver and track outcomes. You will collaborate across functions and drive continuous improvement within the platform.

You will build business cases, define roadmaps, and lead launches with a bias for measurable impact, reporting to the VP of Product Management while traveling up to 10% annually.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of product management experience in a B2B software, e-commerce, or platform environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning a defined product area from discovery through delivery.
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams in an Agile development environment.
• Track record of building productive working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using data and customer insights to inform prioritization decisions and evaluate impact.
• Familiarity with defining and tracking product metrics—leading indicators and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined product area and deliver strong, well-executed product work.
• Gather and synthesize customer, stakeholder, and performance insights; write clear requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Design on delivery and track outcomes.
• Build credibility with cross-functional partners and communicate progress clearly.
• Grow into broader ownership with strategic autonomy over time.
• Report to the VP, Product Management.
• Travel up to 10% annually for collaboration and research.
