Job summary

Planet Pharma in Lebanon, IN seeks a BSS-TCCC Mechanical Coordinator to own system turnover, C&Q readiness, and MC walkdowns across design through Operations. Build dashboards in Power BI, maintain trackers, and coordinate across construction, C&Q, engineering, and operations.

You will ensure GMP/GDP compliance, manage turnover packages, and support governance reporting. This 12-month, 40-hour week role is on-site four days per week with overtime typical.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in system turnover, commissioning, qualification, or construction in regulated industries.
• Experience with GMP/GDP documentation and turnover workflows on large capital programs.
• Proficient data management, tracker maintenance, and dashboard reporting (Power BI, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational discipline with cross-discipline data management.
• Ability to escalate risks and issues to senior stakeholders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system trackers across design, construction, commissioning, and turnover as the authoritative source of readiness.
• Validate contractor data for accuracy and alignment with milestones.
• Produce system readiness dashboards and milestone summaries in Power BI.
• Manage turnover packages and documentation for GMP/GDP compliance.
• Coordinate MC walkdowns, punch lists, and system turnovers with multiple teams.
• Provide data-driven reporting and governance updates for PMO.
