Job summary

Albers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate mechanical systems turnover and commissioning readiness on a large greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing project in Lebanon, Indiana.

This field-based role maintains accurate, continuously updated tracking of all PV and non-PV system completion across the full project lifecycle, from design and construction through Mechanical Completion, Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q), and handover to Client Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting system turnover, commissioning, qualification, or construction projects in a highly regulated industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, or mission-critical).
• Demonstrated understanding of project controls, construction, and C&Q workflows, including system turnover and Mechanical Completion on large-scale GMP projects.
• Proficiency in data management, tracking, and dashboard reporting, including Power BI and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and assure large volumes of cross-discipline data accurately.
• Ability to identify risks, data gaps, and discrepancies, and elevate them clearly and promptly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating system walkdowns, punch lists, and system readiness activities.
• Familiarity with GMP / GDP requirements, project documentation systems, and quality documentation processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and effective cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Lebanon, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system trackers across design, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Validate contractor data for accuracy and alignment with project milestones.
• Identify and elevate data gaps, discrepancies, and delays.
• Produce clear readiness dashboards and milestone reports using Power BI.
• Prepare concise reporting and analytics for governance and leadership forums, aligned to PMO reporting standards.
• Issue structured system status updates aligned with Construction and Project Controls Leads.
• Provide weekly readiness dashboards and milestone summaries, validated before issue.
• Coordinate and schedule Mechanical Completion walkdowns and inspections with stakeholders.
