Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Supervise a team of mechanical engineers, EITs and designers with varying experience.
• Collaborate with other Mechanical Team Leads and the Mechanical Business Class Lead for staffing and proposals.
• Provide team leadership focusing on technical excellence, quality, recruiting and staff development.
• Collaborate with market sector leadership to ensure excellence across key markets.
• Serve as design lead or engineering project manager for key projects.
• Implement, monitor and support company policy.
• Coordinate with other team leads, operations managers and marketing managers on Business Class efforts.
• Encourage work-sharing and mechanical practice development with HDR's nationwide network.
• Assist in recruitment and growth of the business class.
• Perform other duties as needed.
