HDR, Inc. Building Engineering Services Group in Omaha, NE is seeking a Mechanical Team Lead to supervise a team of engineers and designers and to lead design, project management and staffing efforts across markets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of mechanical engineers, EITs and designers with varying experience.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Team Leads and the Mechanical Business Class Lead for staffing and proposals.
• Provide leadership with a focus on technical excellence, recruiting, mentoring and staff development.
• Collaborate with mechanical market sector leadership to ensure technical excellence across markets.
• Function as design lead or engineering project manager for key projects.
• Implement, monitor and support company policy.
• Work with other team leads and managers on business class efforts.
• Encourage work-sharing and practice development with a nationwide HDR Mechanical Business Class.
• Assist the Mechanical Business Class Lead in recruitment and growth of the business class.
• Perform other duties as needed.
