PCL Construction, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to lead field operations on complex projects. You will manage safety, schedule, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring drawings and specs are followed and budgets are met.

As a key member of the Civil West team, you will develop execution plans, mentor crews, and drive performance through strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders. A trade or engineering background is required.

Competenze

• Journeyman certificate or undergraduate/engineering degree is required.
• 5 years of progressive experience in field supervision preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, and project controls.

Mansioni

• Ensure safety program implementation on site and adherence to procedures.
• Supervise and mentor project team and direct/indirect reports.
• Coordinate with field engineers, estimators, and subcontractors to meet drawings and specs.
• Develop and maintain project schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings, manage risks and opportunities.
